"Buyer" represents the consumer who has purchased M.O.P.S product and in which, the below Returns Policy and Manufacturer Warranty ultimately affect.

Manufacturer Warranty

M.O.P.S Hair Design are committed to providing top quality products and service. The following is a guideline to returning faulty products and our One Year Manufacturer Warranty.

The original receipt of purchase MUST accompany all returns. No items will be accepted for replacement if proof of purchase is not supplied. Please hold on to your original receipt when you purchase.

The M.O.P.S One Year Manufacture Warranty covers any manufacture fault found within the product up to 12 months from date of purchase. The One Year Warranty does not include normal wear and tear of the item. Please ensure the longevity of your purchase by cleaning regularly with hair iron cleaner, switching off after use and do not wrap the cord around the straightener - this is mishandling and will break the wires and is not covered by the warranty.

Items returned in regards to this Warranty will be tested and replaced or repaired at M.O.P.S Hair Designs discretion.

Returns

Purchases are to be returned to P.O Box 63102, Papatoetoe South Auckland. All returns must have proof of purchase, covering note outlining the problem and customer contact details. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

M.O.P.S are not obligated to refund 'Change of Mind' purchases. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact sales@mopshairdesign.co.nz within seven days of purchase to discuss.

We cannot issue refunds or replace products that have been damaged after despatch. This means if the product is broken due to mishandling rather than manufacture fault it can not be returned. This is up to the discretion of M.O.P.S who reserve the right to determine outcome after inspection of any returned product.

We will endeavour to deal with any returns as efficiently as possible.
